Blackbourne U3A is a vibrant community of individuals who share knowledge and skills, meeting monthly at The New Green Community Centre in Thurston, near Bury St Edmunds. They approached us with the need for a revamped website to better promote their group, clearly highlight their interest groups, and streamline membership inquiries.

Problem: Blackbourne U3A's existing website was outdated and didn't effectively communicate the diverse range of interest groups available. Additionally, the process for managing new membership inquiries was cumbersome and inefficient, hindering the group's growth and engagement.
