We shouldn’t spend TOO much time reflecting on the past but a New Year is a good time to take stock from a professional and personal perspective so you can plan your goal’s for the year ahead.
Last year we expanded our offices, which was great, giving us more space to work and a dedicated area for client meetings/employee break area’s. With this came some new team member’s and replacement for an existing member of the team. Change can be great but it can also be disruptive to the work environment as it immediately changes the dynamics within the business. However, as we get into the groove after the Xmas break, I think we all now feel quite settled and ready to start the New Year as a 'New Team'.
In 2022 we worked with lots of new and existing clients, on various projects across different sectors/industries. Our creative agency doesn't technically specialise working with one particular sector, our services, expertise and knowledge can be adaptable to all our clients requirements.
However we have been working on a new project...we have created a new website/format focusing on the Trade sector, offering a modular style approach to website design. Simple, effective, functional websites built in house by our team from our own library of modular sections put together to build the perfect website for any trade business. If successful we are hoping to use the same approach aimed at other industries too. Basically we wanted to offer an alternative to DIY websites but with the professional doing the job for you.
Not everything went perfectly throughout the year for Spi-des-ign either, we had some wins and loses in terms of Marketing but we have reflected on this and will look to do some things differently this year. What worked one year, doesn't always do so well the next. That's the thing with marketing there is not a 'one size fits all approach', it's all about analysis, adaption and even perseverance.
So here's to a happy, healthy and prosperous 2023!
